We can hear someone keep taking the entrance exam for several years, but now you never hear that. In the present, higher education is easy to get it if you have enough money. No matter what scores you get from the entrance exam, you can be the student of university. Because of the phenomenon, higher education is considered ordinary education like secondary education in the past.

Cause-effect
Now higher education is more and more common, and everyone can get it easily. Everyone has academic degree, so it makes higher education lose its original value. Because of such changes from the past, many people have to get higher and higher degree to face the changes of society. You can see many people go to cram school to get much training in order to get a better job.
